कृषि में हरे सोने के नाम से जाना जाता है शैवाल, जिसकी मांग आज दवाई से लेकर ब्यूटी प्रोडक्ट्स बनाने में काफी ज्यादा है। एक वक्त था जब आम लोग ही नहीं किसान भी इस सुपरफूड और इसके गुणों से अंजान थे, लेकिन हिम्मत करके एक महिला किसान ने 10 साल पहले इसे उगाना शुरू किया और आज इसे देश के 1200 से ज्यादा किसानों के बीच लोकप्रिय बना दिया।
